CARE International in Kenya is looking for well organized and highly motivated individuals who are result-oriented to fill the following positions:
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer: (Ref: MEAL/5/15). Based in Dadaab.
Reporting to the Program Quality & Learning Coordinator, the incumbent will primarily be responsible for monitoring & evaluation, program quality and reporting consistent to donor agreements. The incumbent will work in collaboration with sector coordinators, other MEAL Officers and Program staff.
Project Officer: (Ref: PO/5/15). Based in Embu.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will oversee production and marketing activities by the farmers and Youths in the two project regions. The officer will form the communication link between the Project Manager, key partners, relevant County Government departments and other collaborators in this project.
Field Officer: (Ref: FO/5/15). Based in Embu.
Reporting to the Project Officer, the Field Officer will oversee sensitization, recruitment and provide appropriate training of youth groups to enhance agricultural production. In addition, the incumbent will monitor, maintain records and prepare progress reports as and when required.
